Josée Kouassi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources from the University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO).
Her professional journey began in Canada, where she gained several years of experience in financial management within financial institutions, developing a strong interest in operational performance, compliance, and data quality.
Driven by a desire to make a social impact, she began her voluntary cooperation journey in 2023 in Burkina Faso, allowing her to combine management rigour with field engagement.
Since 2024, Josée has been working with the Association of Women Lawyers of Côte d’Ivoire (AFJCI) under the programme of the International Bureau for Children’s Rights (IBCR), first as an advisor in project management, resource mobilisation, and monitoring and evaluation.
Building on this experience, she is now pursuing a second mandate focused on monitoring and evaluation and human resources, which includes developing MEAL tools, supporting HR processes, and guiding teams to enhance decision-making.
