Technical consulting
- Participate in the development, adaptation to project contexts and updating of institutional standards, tools in its field of expertise.
- Validate the quality of the deliverables produced and their compliance with institutional standards
- Support, in the area of its expertise, the definition and implementation of the operational strategy of projects and the analysis of project monitoring indicators
Project implementation
- Produce and participate in research, public policy, standard operating procedures and environmental scans.
- Develop training modules for the different actors in the child protection system
- Ensuring the logistics of field missions and workshops
Development of the technical expertise of the teams (headquarters and field)
- Supporting the development of projects in terms of content and approaches
- Maintain a strategic watch of the literature in the field of expertise and propose innovative approaches to develop expertise at the organizational level
- Producing studies, analyses, research or draft position papers
