Volunteer organizational and project management advisor
Imen Lajmi holds a degree in international development, and has completed several specialized training courses in helping relationships and cultural intervention. Passionate about personal development, spirituality and helping people in difficulty, she has devoted a large part of her career to working in intercultural contexts, notably within Quebec's native communities.
As a Human Relations Officer (HRO), Imen played a key role in accompanying troubled youth and their families, ensuring rigorous psychosocial follow-up adapted to the cultural realities of the communities she served. Her work involved handling reports, assessing compromised situations, and implementing youth protection measures. She combined her skills in psychosocial intervention with a deep understanding of the specific needs of vulnerable populations.
Imen is currently deployed in Tunisia as an international solidarity volunteer advisor, where she continues to put her expertise to good use in the service of young people and local communities.
