Amir El Farj

Volunteer Advisor in Digital Communication

Amir El Farj is a business analysis expert with over 14 years of experience in business administration, information systems and digital communication.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing from the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques in Morocco. He further pursued studies in business analysis at HEC Montreal and specialized in Big Data and Business Intelligence at Collège St-Foy in Quebec City.

Always seeking to improve his skills, Amir has earned several international certifications, including courses in Entrepreneurship (INSA College, Montreal), Enterprise Design Thinking (IBM), Results-Based Management (UN) and Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects (AFD). These trainings have enhanced his expertise in digital transformation, innovation and business process optimization.

With a broad range of experience in the international, public and private sectors, Amir has led and contributed to various strategic and operational projects in digital transformation and project management. His work includes key initiatives at the Conseil scolaire francophone in Vancouver, Hydro-Québec in Montreal and Maroc Telecom in Rabat. In parallel, Amir has built a successful career as an independent consultant, offering his expertise to a variety of customers around the world.

Since 2023, Amir has been actively involved as volunteer with Moroccan associations such as Association Bayti and Association d’Appui à l’Unité de Protection de l’Enfance (AAUPE) in Casablanca, as part of the Voluntary Cooperation Program with the IBCR. His work mainly focused on innovative projects in digital transformation and communication.

In addition, Amir participates in capacity-building training courses for partners’ associations and actively contributes to the creation of a social innovation laboratory. This initiative is dedicated to promoting innovation within the nonprofit sector.
