Mare Figueroa

Organisational Management Advisor

Mare Figueroa, has more than 10 years of experience in Project Implementation in Social Issues; Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Early Childhood, Inclusive Education, Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Labor Rights.

She has strong skills in education of adults and youth at social risk. And in the topics oriented to Life Skills: such as assertive communication, gender equality, self-esteem, integral health, conflict resolution, among others.

 

She has participated in management, development, implementation and evaluation of social programs and projects with educational, community and cultural approach, experience in relations with partner organizations and in project negotiation meetings at international cooperation tables (she deserves).

 

Mare Figueroa has a degree in International Commerce from the National Autonomous University of Honduras, UNAH, a Diploma in Management and International Cooperation and in Management of International Multidisciplinary Cultural Events, Centro de Altos Estudios Universitarios (CAEU), Spain, she also has training as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) in Life Skills. Most recent outstanding experiences:

Technical assistance in the creation and adaptation of contents of the Digital Learning Platform Learning aimed at Labor Inspectors at the National level of the STSS 2020 / Bright Futures Project of World Vision Honduras (Action Protocols).

Technical officer of the project in the construction and validation in the development processes in the Protocols of action of the DGIT in marked in the new Law of Labor Inspection of the Secretary of Security STSS, in the themes of: (Labor Rights, Trade Union Freedom, Safety and Health at Work OHS and Child Labor.

She is currently carrying out her mandate with the IBCR-Pride in Peru with the partner organization COMETA in the area of organizational management, with the Childhood without bars Project.
