Our volunteers

Patricia Coignet has extensive professional experience in the field of international cooperation and project management. She has worked as a consultant for the European Union and for various organisations in Latin America and Africa. 

She holds a PhD from the Robert Schuman University in Political Science and International Development and a diploma in Public Management from ENAP. She has also completed several advanced courses in international negotiations at McGill and Harvard universities. She is a specialist in governance issues and has an extensive academic background as a pedagogical advisor, university professor and faculty director.

Patricia is currently deployed in Colombia with OPAN as a Project Management and Partnership Advisor.
