On the occasion of its annual full committee meeting from 22 to 24 October, the IBCR Board of Directors met in our office in Dakar, Senegal.

The purpose of this meeting was to guide and validate the strategic orientations and to support the Director General in achieving the objectives of the Bureau for the coming year. 

Several working sessions took place over three days, including meetings with the national project team in Senegal. The Board also took the opportunity to visit one of our local partners, the NGO Education and Development of Children (EDEN), with whom we collaborate in the framework of our international volunteer programme PRIDE and our national project in Senegal.
