During the “Children as Actors Tranforming Society” Youth Conference in Caux, Switzerland, Alex and Olivia have shared their story about having experienced a parent in prison.
This fifth edition focused on “Children and Inclusion” and matched one of the guiding principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child stating that every child has the right to participation. This conference has created a unique platform for children to express themselves, gain confidence, self esteem and acceptance by highlighting trues stories and good practices from participants.
