Rachida Ousmane, a lawyer by training, holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Private Law in Bamako. With over eight years’ experience, she has worked with various national and international NGOs, notably on women’s leadership, negotiation coaching for effective communication with adolescent girls and children, awareness-raising on gender issues and gender-based violence, as well as advocacy to influence positive behavioral change and promote access to justice for victims.

She is also a facilitator on issues of children’s rights and gender-based violence.
