
Marianne Goulet is a Master’s candidate in Fundamental Rights at Université Laval and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from UQÀM. During her studies, she had the opportunity to do several internships in the field of human rights, with the Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolomé de las Casas, the Committee for Human Rights in Latin America, the Clinique internationale de défense des droits humains at UQÀM, and with the Clinique de droit international pénal et humanitaire at Université Laval.
She has been working in the field of administration for more than six years, where she has experienced different work sectors. In particular, she was in charge of communications and then assistant to the coordination for the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic from 2019 to 2022.
Marianne joined the IBCR in March 2022, where she combines her experiences in administration and human rights.
