Djouma Aicha Ouattara

Aicha holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Statistics. She began her career in 2015 as a national volunteer in monitoring and evaluation in Burkina Faso. Aicha joined the world of development and humanitarian aid in 2016 as an IT Assistant at Save The Children International working with children. She then moved to the American NGO ACDI VOCA where she held the post of Data Manager in 2017 in the field of resilience and in 2019 at Terre des hommes Lausanne as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the field of resilience and stabilisation. In 2021, she will join the Expertise France team as a Specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting.

Pursuing her passion, Aicha joined the IBCR family on 22 November 2023 as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor.

Her successful career in Burkina Faso, working alongside children and communities, has given her years of experience not only in monitoring, evaluation and learning, but also in humanitarian aid and working with children.
