Assitan holds a master’s degree in project/programme management and has more than eight years’ experience with NGOs, including five and a half years in management in various fields, including gender-related social and behavioural change, community development, partnership development, capacity-building for community players, project management, coaching, women’s empowerment, women’s leadership development, economic integration and youth development. She also has excellent communication and organisational skills. Dynamic, flexible and open-minded.
