Alouadia Tenintao

Alouadia holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, which he obtained in 2014 from the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at the University of Bamako. With 8 years’ experience in implementing child protection activities within various international organizations, Alouadia has extensive expertise in child protection, as well as solid experience in strengthening the child protection system, particularly with regard to reinforcing defense and security forces (FDS) and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

Alouadia began her humanitarian career as an MRM Agent, then progressed to the position of Child Protection Team Leader on the project “Addressing the immediate needs and promoting community reintegration of children affected by the multidimensional crisis, including the COVID-19 pandemic in Ségou and Mopti”. This mission ran from 2018 to 2021 with Coopérazione Internazionale – COOPI in partnership with UNICEF.

From 2021 to 2022, Alouadia held the position of Protection Assistant with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) as part of the project to strengthen coordination, the rapid assessment system and responses for the protection of conflict-affected populations in the Mopti region.

Before joining the Office in February 2024, Alouadia was Protection, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Officer at Save the Children International Mali (SCI) on a project covering the regions of Ségou, Sikasso, Mopti and Gao. This project, carried out in partnership with the European Union (ECHO), had a sub-regional scope, encompassing Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger.
