Our volunteers

Gisella has experience in the design and implementation of public policies and in the training of educational and social actors. Convinced of education and pedagogy as an opportunity to progressively influence personal and collective transformation, she has participated in educational and community processes as a professional of the Ministry of Education (16 years) in pre-school, primary and secondary education, working from an inclusive approach. Gisela has also been a consultant for UNICEF, responsible for education in youth initiatives for sexual and reproductive rights for IOM and UNAL. She has also worked for the Ministry of Health developing policy guidelines and the national HIV prevention project FONADE, among others. She has experience in consultation, training, institutional, educational and community management processes to enable the real exercise of rights; based on the differential approach oriented towards the analysis and orientation of action in the dynamics of the population and in the territories.
