Training for the judicial school in Costa Rica

The IBCR team is currently in Costa Rica to develop a training tool kit for the judicial school.

As part of the Strengthening Institutions to Combat Human Trafficking project  in Costa Rica, the development workshops are aimed at strengthening competencies for the implementation of legislation against trafficking offenses. Aranzazu Recalde (Costa Rica Project Manager) and David Ruiz (Field Coordinator) facilitated several workshops to build the training tool kit. In collaboration with some thirty guests from the Costa Rican legal community, including experienced professionals on human trafficking  and specialists in the functioning of the judicial school, including judges, prosecutors and police, as well as members of the team Steering and reference; these workshops will serve to create a training tool kit for a mandatory personalized course for the judicial school.
