On September 18th, the IBCR met with the Director of the Bureau du Québec à Dakar (BQD), Mr. Younes Mihoubi and the Policy Advisor in Educational and Cultural Affairs, Mr. Mathieu Tremblay to present the organisation’s ongoing and future projects.

This courtesy visit, which took place in Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, was also an opportunity for Mr. Younes Mihoubi to discuss about the BQD’s role concerning international cooperation among the 15 countries member of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Other organisations took part in this meeting including OXFAM, Équitas and SUCO.
