A new report promoting child-friendly justice

The International Bureau for Children’s Rights is proud to share its new
report on “Core Child-Rights Competencies For Judges And Prosecutors”
 

This report presents an innovative international reference framework that reflect on the justice system’s selection, training, evaluation, assessment and regulation of prosecutors and judges in their interactions with children. This report could be used by the competent authorities in Quebec and elsewhere in the world to continue the work on children in contact with the law.
