From February 5 to 11, 2023, IBCR took part in International Development Week (IDW) by highlighting the contributions of volunteers and partners committed to building a more just, inclusive and sustainable world.
To highlight Canadian solidarity in action throughout the week, IBCR has :
- Co-organized a digital campaign on social networks, alongside organizations involved in the Canadian volunteer cooperation program
- Shared the actions carried out by its PRIDE volunteers
- Promote the progress made thanks to the actions of its partners and teams in the field

Each year, Canadians who engage in the volunteer cooperation program help address global inequalities and play a key role in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
