Mélissa David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal. She has several years of experience as a manager in large and small Quebec companies. She specializes in strategic alignment and the implementation of new management systems. 

After a two-year stay in Haiti, her parents’ native country, she redirected her career towards charitable organizations in order to share her knowledge and work in NPOs to defend the underprivileged.

Beyond her involvement with IBCR, Melissa is actively involved in community work, particularly in services related to educational success in disadvantaged neighbourhoods.    

Melissa is fluent in English, French and Creole.
