Laura has worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross for over 16 years, including in Colombia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Libya and Haiti. During her years in the humanitarian world and moving from country to country, Laura specialised in administration and human resources and gained valuable experience in terms of cultural differences and adapting to different working environments under difficult circumstances.

In 2018, she moved with her family to Canada and completed a Human Resources program with the University of Montreal, always with the idea of being able to apply her experience in the field of volunteering, community work or international cooperation.
