With a degree in Law, a certificate in Project Management and PMP® certification, Cindy has over five years of experience in managing projects and programmes for victims of gender-based violence, migrants, women’s organisations and LGBTI organisations. 

Her professional and personal background is rooted in gender equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as access to justice for people in vulnerable situations. 

The commitment to the respect, defence and promotion of human rights is particularly close to her heart as it echoes her beliefs. 

Cindy believes that the work of international organisations, such as the IBCR, provides invaluable assistance in strengthening judicial, educational, social and economic systems in developing countries, which is why she has decided to put her knowledge and skills to good use in international cooperation. 

Cindy joins the Bureau team in May 2022.
