Administrative organization


  

IBCR is comprised of a General Assembly, Board of Directors and Director General.


All members of the organization are part of the General Assembly, which meets once a year to elect the Board of Directors, adopt the financial statements and decide on amendments to the statutes.

The Board of Directors oversees the organization, including the adoption of the annual budget and program plan, and the nomination of the Director General. The Board currently comprises of nine directors.

The Director General enables the organization to achieve its goals consistent with its mission and objectives. The Director General prepares strategic and operational plans; implements the priorities and policies identified by the Board of Directors; manages the financial and human resources; and represents the IBCR at intergovernmental, governmental or non-governmental organizations, institutions or agencies.
